These sites are normally becoming overgrown due to neglect whilst awaiting planning or sale. On these sites we carry out vegetation clearance work followed by a programme of ongoing spraying and cutting maintenance to keep the sites clear prior to development work commencing.

Invasive Weeds.
On pre-development sites we have carried out a number of treatment programmes to eradicate invasive weeds such as Japanese Knotweed, Himalayam Balsam and Giant Hogweed.
Using the latest Stem Injection Treatment we can work adjacent to water courses and other vegetation without the risk of the weedkiller contaminating the surroundings.
